Bustier dress. Bra cups are covered, torso is sheer, skirt is sheer tulle, attached underwear with snaps at bottom, zipper in the back. 

Bustier is made with a thin mesh that is covered with dots of glitter adhered to fabric (glitter might shed, but not enough to leave design bare). Item gives NO STRETCH so be sure to stay within your size range!
