Lily ashwell is a discontinued brand but is made in the US and this dress is vintage silk with beautiful detail. It is called the Gemma dress and has pretty ruffle detail. The hook and eye closure came off in the front but could be easily fixed. Other than that this is in excellent condition. size XS-S probably fits a size 2-4 best.
