This Winnie The  Pooh bear is ready for graduation with his blue cap and gown on. He holds a diploma in his left hand.

He is made of polyester fibers and is approximately 15" H sitting, with a leg extension of 8" 

Condition: Used, he does have 2 spots that may come clean. One is on his gown, and one on his face both are seen in the photo.
